Congratulations goes out
to Bro. Charles McClure (Shiloh Baptist Church) for taking 1st
place at the Ohio Baptist General Convention (OBGC) State Bible Bowl
during the Henry J. Joseph Laymen's& Jr. Laymen'/Young David's
Workshop on April 20, 2013. This event took place at the Union Grove
Baptist Church Columbus, OH (Host Pastor: Rev. Henry Johnson). We would also like to congratulate Bro. Jordan Hopkins (Christ Memorial Baptist Church) who battled for 2nd place. Bro. Charles McClure will move on to the National Baptist Convention Bible Bowl for the 3rd straight year which will be held in St. Louis, MO in June 2013. We would also like to give thanks to the EUMBA Young David’s Coordinator Bro. Mike Whitlow (Union Grove Baptist Church). |
